The Evolution Center relies on a Whole System service model to deliver four primary facilitation services:

  1. Strategy

  2. Training

  3. Incubation

  4. Production

Each of these services exists as an independent business unit within an Evolution Center. Clients may choose tactical consulting solutions under any one service area. They may also select a strategic program that combines all four functions into a complete,  Whole System solution. It is the extended ability of all four EC services to combine in tailor-made packages that provides "whole system" support to our clients.

 

This EC Whole System is an integrated and highly potent model capable of providing complete service support that addresses the unique nature of each client's needs. This system is capable of handling complex projects, steering organizational initiatives and managing joint venture relationships under a comprehensive EC engagement sequence.

This EC Whole System Model has been designed to take best advantage of our core competencies while addressing the specific training, incubation, strategy and production needs of clients. Through this formal system and method EC's will provide a single solution source for organizational consulting services in the marketplace.
